CRYSTAL

There are few things as stunning as a Hermiker Diamond. They are uncut double terminated quartz points that come out of the ground with natural faceting.

They have an incredible clarity to which Native Americans and others in the New Age movement have ascribed mystical powers.

We have been working on this Handmade Triforce Hermiker Diamond Pendant project for months now and the pendant is now complete. The triangular bail we designed allows the stone to move freely.

Hermiker Diamonds are very hard which make them perfect for jewellery.

MOONSTONE

It's a lot fun taking photos of moonstone. Light shifts and shimmers through out these iridescent stones. In direct sunlight if you tilt the pendant, the moonstone can appear to be yellow, pink or blue.

Our moonstone and sterling silver pendant measures 25mm high x 16mm wide. We have presented this gemstone on a 50cm Italian sterling silver fine curb chain.

AQUAMARINE

Aquamarine has long been seen as a desirable and beautiful gemstone, and was a particular favourite of the Ancient Egyptians and Sumerians. They saw it as a symbol for everlasting happiness and youth.

This classic stone has been presented on a contemporary bar pendant and the gems are roughly faceted for an edgy and unique look.

Check it out here.

AXE

Since Neolithic times elaborate axe jewellery has had religious significance and served as an index to the exalted status of their owner.

With this in mind I have created a very prestigious yet super cute solid gold woodsman's axe pendant.

BIRDCAGE

This little 3D sterling silver birdcage contains a tiny moving bird. We have presented it on an 80cm Italian Sterling silver fine curb chain.

As well being the perfect size and shape for a pendant, this birdcage makes a pretty sound when shaken.

Our first dinosaur is a large, heavily built, herbivorous quadruped. It had a distinctive and unusual posture, with a heavily rounded back, short forelimbs, head held low to the ground and a stiffened tail held high in the air. Its array of plates and spikes has been the subject of much speculation. The spikes were most likely used for defense, while the plates have also been proposed as a defensive mechanism, as well as having display and thermoregulatory functions.

There is startling new evidence to show that this dinosaur hunted live animals and didn't just scavenge.

Researchers found a part of this dinosaur's tooth wedged between two tailbones of a duckbill dinosaur unearthed in northwestern South Dakota. The tooth was partially enclosed by regrown bone, indicating the smaller duckbill had escaped from the predator dinosaur and lived for months or years afterward.

Phew.

What is the name of this carnivorous dinosaur?

We affectionately call this guy 'spazzy running dinosaur' because it looks like he's gonna fall over. What is his actual name?
