BIRDCAGE

I have redesigned my birdcage necklace so that the bird inside can move. This is one of the most dramatic pendants I have ever designed!

GHOSTS

We have been making lots of ceramic ghosts for our next show: The Big Design Market in early December at the Royal Exhibition Building.

PLANTERS

We made these little planters for Finders Keepers but I ended up keeping them for myself.

We had a great time at Finders Keepers. Thank you to everyone who came to visit our stall.

We have been getting ready for Finders Keepers SS12.

Emma, Kelly, Jasmin and I have been making lots of supercute ceramics and crystal jewellery and planters.

We have an awesome spot and we are really gonna go for it with our stand.

Come and say hello if you are around, should be fun.

GAME

People always wonder what Meatloaf was singing about in that song "I would do anything for love but I won't do that".

What was 'that' thing he wouldn't do? Was it something to do with animal sacrifice or some strange love making practice?

Maybe Meatloaf was singing about something more mundane, such as having to commute for love. I know that if I was into someone I'd probably go to zone two too.

MOON

Have you ever been startled by those freaky full moons that happen every few years?

It looks like the whole sky is full of moon.

We had one of these "Super Moons" in May of this year.

These Super Moons are as much as 14% bigger and 30% brighter than other full Moons.
The scientific term for the phenomenon is "perigee moon."

Our new sterling silver Full Moon Rings evoke all the power and beauty of super moons.

2003

Do you remember 2003? A mysterious time before hipsterism, artisanal everything and iphones. People listened to electro clash, teen age girls read Vice Magazine and you could buy music on CDs. Most weirdly of all, Facebook didn't exist!

Well on this exact day in 2003 we opened our doors. Yes, today is Corky's 9th Birthday.

As a special treat to you our treasured friends, family and fans we have 3 sets of our new half circle sterling silver enamelled rainbow studs to give away.

CRANE

Origami (折り紙,  from ori meaning "folding", and kami meaning "paper"; kami changes to gami due to rendaku is the traditional Japanese art of paper folding, which started in the 17th century AD at the latest and was popularised outside of Japan in the mid-1900s.

It has since then evolved into a modern art form.

At Corky Saint Clair we recently had these cute Sterling Silver Origami Crane Earrings made for us.

They are smaller, cuter version of the silver origami crane necklace we have had for a few years.

If you are looking for some silver origami pendant action don't forget our ever popular Sterling Silver Origami Crane
